  • Sit on the floor in padmanasan.

    Close the eyes, sit in straight position.

  • Now start exhaling, keep exhale continue as your strength
  • Inhale will be automatic you just need to exhale, you can keep this process for 5 minutes, you can increase the time to till 15 to 30 minutes in the future
  • Do not feel stress during exhaling.
  • The exhale process should be slowly not fast.
