  1. Lay down your yoga mat.
  2. Now sit on the mat in Thunderbolt Pose(Vajrasana).
  3. Now while inhaling, raise both the hands directly above the head without bending it.
  4. Keep a distance between the palms.
  5. While exhaling, bend the body forward.
  6. Do not put pressure on the waist, Initially bend according to the capacity of the body.
  7. Touch the ground with the head and palms.
  8. Relax the body in this position for 30 seconds and take long breaths in and out.
  9. After 30 seconds, return to the starting position of Thunderbolt Pose.
  10. To finish the pose straighten the legs and wait till your legs feel relax.
