  • Reduce or stop the use of sugar.

  • Walk 2 to 3 kilometers in the morning with brisk steps.
  • Make a diet plan and fix time schedule for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Food should be taken 2 hours before sleeping at night.
  • Take a slow walk after dinner.

You can control your weight at home by trying these remedies. Just choose anyone which you feel it’s very easy for me and I can follow a minimum of one month strictly:

  • Drink a glass of lukewarm water mixed with one teaspoon honey and half lemon in the morning.
  • Soak a spoonful of Triphala powder in a glass of water at night, boil it in the morning till it becomes half. Wait till it becomes lukewarm and mix two spoons of honey and drink it on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • At bedtime, eat two cardamoms and drink one glass of lukewarm water from above. This helps in reducing weight.
  • To reduce the liver fat, add a spoon apple vinegar and one teaspoon lemon juice in a glass of water.

  • Eat only 2 tomatoes salad with black salt(salt is optional to increase test not required) in breakfast every day till 2 months, then you will definitely lose weight. Tomato is considered to reduce obesity rapidly.
