  • Walking: Walking is the simple step which you can do easily to improve health, problem with us is most of the time we use vehicles to go market for small distance and this is not good to get healthier life, try to go without vehicle or use cycle like that you can improve your blood circulation and can burn your fat or extra energy, include morning or evening walk in your daily routine, you can choose the best time to go on walk if you have busy schedule, early morning walk is best but you can choose evening walk also.
  • Start Yoga: Yoga is the best way to improve health and keep healthier, by simple yoga steps you can get a healthier life, but you need to do yoga for some time under a yoga expert, so if you are doing anything wrong then he can notice that and tell you the right way, after good practice you can continue yourself, Yoga Pranayama and Asanas are simple but we need to do those in proper way.

    Breakfast: 20-30 raisins(Kismis or Munakka), 250 Gram Papaya salad and 1 Glass Milk
    Lunch: 250 Gram Salad, Wheat bread (Roti), 1 bowl  Vegetable, 1 bowl Curd or Buttermilk (Divide your salad into 3 parts, eat first part in the start, the second part in the middle and the third part of salad after complete your meal)
    Dinner: 150 Gram Salad, Wheat bread (Roti), 1 bowl  Vegetable

  • Drink More Water: You should drink approx eight glasses of water in a day, Like that you can enhance your digestion‚ skin hydration‚ and detoxification, but remember don’t drink water during meal, if you have gastric problems then just drink little water in the middle of mean and after finish meal but not more.
  • Enjoy With friends and family:  Expend little time with your friends and family members this will fill you with positive energy, it’s necessary part to control your mind and negative thinking.
  • Say bye to your fridge: Just simple say bye to your fridge, don’t drink fridge water, try to drinking normal water or little warm water.
  • Stop smoking and drinking: Smoking is bad for health you need to stop that immediately, you can drink occasionally with a limit but daily drinking is not good.
