    What to eat to cure fatty liver problem

    Green vegetables:- Make spinach, cabbage part of your diet. Green vegetables will help to lose weight and remove the problem of fatty liver.

    Fish:- Omega-3 fatty acids in many types of fish are found in excessive amounts such as salmon, trout and tuna. Omega-3 fatty acids control liver fat

    Oatmeal:- Oatmeal is a very light food which digest easily. Oatmeal contains carbohydrates and fibres, Carbohydrates will power your body and the fibres will fill your stomach. In this way, you can keep your weight under control without eating more.

    Walnut:- The walnut corrects the liver’s function, Walnut contains omega-3 fatty acids in large amount.

    Sunflower seeds:- Sunflower seeds contain vitamin E and antioxidants in the large amount, which can prevent the liver from worsening even further.

    Olive oil:- Olive oil contains omega-3 fatty acids. This is better than any other oil or butter for health. Olive oil is helpful for reducing liver enzymes and weight control.

    Garlic:- Consuming garlic keeps weight in control, which is very useful for liver.

    Green tea:- Green tea can strengthen digestion by correcting the liver’s function.
